Like in this photo I took while walking along the beach of Lake Trichonida, amidst the wild olive trees, and I knew at this moment I had to show you this ancient view.

The word Tzatziki derives from the Persian word "zhazh", which means  herb mixture, and it is the best herb mixture ever!
