Because it's nap time {called "mesimeri"} in Greece. One of the few places in the world that still hold true to this age old, and beneficial custom.

Donkey’s milk is enjoyed by many locals here and is well known to be highly digestible, because it does not contain casein and has little fat.  ...And they're very friendly!
